Born in the city of Bordeaux, I grew up in this fabulous region of Aquitaine. My roots are here, in the middle of wonderful vineyards, near the Atlantic Ocean and the most beautiful waves and sandy beaches in the world. My parents passed on to me their passion for travel and a local way of life, meeting people at every destination. My family also passed on to me an interest in nature. I took my first steps on the sandy beaches of the Côte d'Argent and in the countryside among the rows of vines of the Médoc with my grandparents. It is in the Médoc that I learned about the work of the vineyard and the winery where I occasionally helped out on the property. The professions of guide and sommelier echo my personal history and I wish to share with you what made me grow. Today I will take you to discover the landscapes, the ancestral traditions and the people who have shaped this region in order to enhance it but also to protect it.
